Anyone who has been a fan of underground rap battles for more than a year has had a chance to do just that. A single rap circuit from Florida has expanded the arena into a bi-national league with international respect; GrindTime(GT). Rappers in their own right, the founders took a passion of street battle rapping and brought it full force into the world via the internet.
When GT first came across my radar I knew it was something special. I stumbled... Not quite sure how I feel about the big brands jacking Jamaican/reggae culture. Most kids buying the gear don't even know that red-yellow-green is from the Ethiopian flag and not Jamaica. In the end all the matters is that the clothes are HOT.
